W10 Original George III Light Dragoon Flintlock Pistol

This is an original C1800 George III Tower Lock Light Dragoon Flintlock Pistol.

It is 15 ½” overall length, with an Enfield ‘Tower’ marked lock plate. The lock plate is also marked with the King’s Crown and ‘GR’ (George Rex).  It has brass furniture including brass stock fore end cap, stepped butt cap and trigger guard. It has its wood ram rod with brass ram rod stock mount and walnut full stock. The 9” round steel barrel is clean with no pitting. The barrel has black powder proof marks and the stock has inspection marks. The lock’s cocking and firing actions work as they should.
